HEY! I'M COURTNEY...
I’m based here on the Central Coast in NSW, Australia with my 2 dogs - Roy & Ellsie. I’ve grown up in this area & absolutely love being near the beach & surrounded by nature.
I’ve been an athlete, competing in ultra marathons for a numbers of years now. I’ve had a long term connection with my own Personal Growth journey & after years of my career being in an industry I was just not aligned with (Construction), and running a traditional brick and motor business that fell apart during covid, I really feel “at home” now running my Online Business within the Personal Development space.
You know when you just feel like all the tough stuff leads you to the right place? Yeah me too… & here I am! This might just be the right place for you too…
THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: My athletic career became a priority to me when I started to really make some incredible headway with my run times & knocking out some pretty impressive records. I decided that I would find a business solution that fit around my running, not have my running come second to a career that I wasn’t even enjoying.
My criteria list became very clear, very quickly:
- Portability so I could attend marathons anywhere in the world, whenever I like
- To work the hours I choose, around my training schedule
- Be surrounded by the right people - as an athlete I knew this was important, but the same goes for business
- A sense of personal achievement & purpose - I love feeling good about what I do & seeing others win too
- Income. As they say - love makes the world go round but money pays for the trip! I chose to be a self supported athlete (not sponsored) & this has been one of my greatest motivations ever, to create an incredible income
BEING BORN FOR BUSINESS: I think I was born an Entrepreneur… my earliest business venture that I can remember was when I was about 7 years old. I used to sell my handmade greeting cards in my Mum’s hair salon. I then started breeding bunnies at home & selling them to the local pet shop, but when I realised that they had an 800% markup on the resale price I knew I had to do things better!
I pursued my interest in the arts but when I married in my early 20’s I followed a career path in a family business in Construction. Utilizing my skills in a contracting role was rewarding for a short while, but I wasn't achieving financial goals personally & after my separation I felt like I had the space to get back to being me & follow something I’m really passionate about.
THE EDUCATION THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: I am so grateful to have stumbled across the world of Personal Development. Like many, I didn’t have an easy childhood & I now know that when I started running at the age of 5, I was running away from so many things, it was my escape.
Thankfully, this led me to doing the “inside work” on myself to really peel back the onion layers & find the real me. Burn out reminded me of this again a few years ago & so I’ve once again embraced that self growth journey & absolutely love assisting others to do the same.
Just this past Christmas I read so many amazing books & through my business I have access to the most incredible Leadership Development programs - I can whole heartedly say that so much of my athletic success recently is because of what I have learned here. It almost feels like I can just “choose” to win & that’s a powerful way to be both on & off the trails.
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BOOM: When I decided that it was time to carve out a new path for myself things started to happen relatively quickly. I discovered a business that ticked all the boxes on my criteria list. I aligned with a product range that I am incredibly proud of and I surrounded myself with a community of like minded business owners that I am inspired by & love to work with each and every day.
Whilst I have the full flexibility or working from home - or my hotel room when I’m away, I am always part of a team that is cheering me on from the sidelines & there to assist when I need it.
I’m excited now to be able to live a global lifestyle & create more results in a shorter amount of time. To grow & share this experience with other men & women who are ready for change is hugely rewarding & I know this is where I’m meant to be.

15 yrs in Multi Level Marketing ended in me being disillusioned with the ratio of payback to time invested.
